This equipment consists of a water-resistant drying system, a material transfer bucket system, an automatic box door system, and other components. Control instruments and electrical appliances are treated with composite explosion-proof technologies such as explosion-proof, sealing, and intrinsic safety, while sensors are protected by safety barriers. In addition, overload, overcurrent short circuit, interlock, and limit devices are added to ensure reliable operation of the equipment.
1. Waterproof drying oven system
The inner liner is made of 304 stainless steel plate welded into a U-shaped water jacket by argon arc, serving as the inner liner of the drying oven. At the bottom and left and right sides of the U-shaped water jacket, several explosion-proof stainless steel heating rods are evenly distributed to heat the water medium inside the jacket, causing the temperature inside the box to rise. The temperature inside the box is measured by a PT100 thermal resistor and then controlled by a digital intelligent temperature controller PID to regulate the output power of the heating tube. At the same time, the time can be set for constant temperature and timed heating to keep the box temperature constant at the set temperature. According to the characteristics of the water separation tank, in order to reduce the temperature surge caused by opening and closing the door, a heating circuit is set up to stop heating when opening the door and delay heating when closing the door, reducing the violent fluctuations in the box temperature.
2. Material Rotating Bucket System
The rotating bucket has a front conical shape and a rear cylindrical shape, with several flipping plates evenly distributed inside. The rotary drum is fixed on a fork shaped frame, which is placed in the middle of the drying oven and connected to a deceleration drive device through a rotating shaft, allowing the rotary drum to rotate at a constant speed and evenly heat the flipping material. When discharging, align the * * on the drive shaft of the rotating drum with the dial, drive the cam through the reversible reduction motor to drive the top rod, flip the rotating drum forward by 90 ℃, pour the material into the tray, manually lift the rotating drum to reset, and then exit the top rod. The rotation of the drum can be continuous or intermittent, and the length of its rotation stop time can be set arbitrarily by the cycle timer. To prevent collision between the top rod and the rotating drum, the rotating drum is interlocked with the top rod action, that is, when the rotating drum rotates, the top rod will not move if it is powered off, and the top rod action or any other position of the rotating drum will not move if it is powered off. Only when the top rod is retracted to zero position, the rotating drum has the condition to move, providing double safety for the moving parts.
3. Automatic Box Door System
The box door is fixed on the left side of the box frame by a thicker shaft, and the door shaft is driven by a reversible reduction motor through gears to achieve the opening and closing of the door. It is a separate control system, but its opening and closing are controlled by limit switches to turn on and off the heating source of the drying oven, in order to reduce temperature fluctuations inside the oven.
