Product Overview:

Dry powder granulator is a practical new type of powder dry granulation equipment. The machine has a reasonable design, compact structure, simple process, and easy operation. The powder raw materials can be directly processed into uniform particles of 0.5-5mm without any additives by this equipment, greatly increasing the bulk density of the materials, thereby reducing consumption, controlling environmental pollution, reducing packaging costs, and improving the working environment for workers.

working principle:

Powdered materials are fed into the main hopper of the rolling mill in a quantitative and uniform manner through a vibrating feeding hopper and a transverse spiral feeding hopper, so as to maintain a constant amount of particles in the main hopper. Then, the powder is pre compressed by the longitudinal conical spiral in the main hopper of the rolling mill and transported to the arc-shaped slots of the two rolling mills; Two evenly distributed semi flat circular arc grooves or diamond grooves with the same shape on the surface of the two pressure rollers are driven by a pair of gears to rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction. The material conveyed to the groove by the conical spiral is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression forming, the pressure borne by the material gradually decreases. Under its elasticity and gravity, it falls off from the groove and enters the crushing and granulation system. Then, according to the user's particle size requirements, it is sieved and graded to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements. The sieved powder is returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
