The EL-6300 series switch status display device is a new type of multifunctional and intelligent analog dynamic indicator device developed and designed based on the current development of medium voltage system switchgear technology. It integrates multiple functions such as a circuit simulation diagram, switch status, circuit breaker position, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage point indication, high-voltage live locking, automatic (manual) heating and dehumidification control, humidity control, etc. These indication functions can be opened or closed, and users can choose according to their needs. Just specify different ordering models and provide a schematic diagram once. This product is equipped with an integrated layout on the switchgear, which simplifies the panel structure design of the switchgear, beautifies the panel layout of the switchgear, and improves the indication function and safety performance of the switch status.
The EL-6300 series products have an ultra-thin structure, with a depth of only 25mm when installed. They are equipped with plug-in terminals that are wired from the side, ensuring that they will not touch the circuit breaker inside the middle door. After being installed in the middle door, an explosion-proof cover is installed on the back panel, and the cables are enclosed to ensure that the five protection requirements are met. This installation method is suitable for various configurations of switchgear.
The EL6300AR has a dynamic simulation diagram display function, live display and locking, energy storage, non energy storage, fixed temperature and humidity control, and remote control function (RS485) interface. It has a small size, insulated plastic shell, flexible installation position, and ultra-thin volume that allows it to be installed on the door of the short-circuit chamber. It is an economical product.

Simulation display section:

Isolation switch indication: Under normal conditions, the green analog strip of the "V" shaped digital tube lights up.
When the isolation switch is closed, the red analog strip of the "V" shaped digital tube lights up.
Circuit breaker status indication: circuit breaker opening and closing, passive contact input.
When the circuit breaker is closed, the closing contact is closed and the red analog strip of the "V" shaped digital tube lights up.
When the circuit breaker is opened, the opening contact is closed and the "V" shaped digital tube green analog strip lights up.
Work position indication: Passive contact input.
When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical analog strip of the "ten" shaped digital tube lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker is in the working position.
When the contact of the test position is closed, the green horizontal analog strip of the "ten" shaped digital tube lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker is in the test position.
When there is a power outage, both the red and green light bars do not light up to indicate the power outage status.
Grounding switch position indication: The passive contact input is closed, and the red analog strip of the "V" shaped digital tube lights up, indicating that the grounding is closed.
The passive contact input is disconnected, and the green analog strip of the "V" shaped digital tube lights up, indicating that the ground is disconnected.
Spring energy storage indicator: When the passive contact input is closed and the red spring symbol lights up, it indicates that energy has been stored.
Passive contact input disconnected, green spring symbol lit up, indicating no energy storage.
