This series of drying rooms can use coal, electricity, oil, wood, boiler steam and other energy sources, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

The equipment mainly consists of heating system, drying room main body, air inlet, circulating fan, dehumidification system, intelligent controller and other equipment. Its working principle is that after the coal is fully burned in the combustion furnace (or after the steam boiler exchanges heat through a heat exchanger), the high-temperature flue gas furnace body transfers heat to the air flowing outside the wall. The circulating fan sends the hot air into the material chamber to heat the fresh material and evaporate the moisture, and then discharges some of the moist air that has released heat and absorbed moisture. At the same time, cold air is sucked in from the outside to supplement. The part of the hot moist air that returns to the hot air chamber and the newly replenished cold air are heated and sent into the material chamber. Through the above circulation process, the fresh and moist materials are dried into agricultural products that meet the requirements at the humidity and temperature set according to the process conditions (note: during the entire baking process, the flue gas does not come into contact with any part of the material, thus ensuring that the dried material meets the requirements).
