1. Automatic temperature control energy-saving volumetric heat exchanger, which fully utilizes steam energy, is a new type of water heater with high efficiency and energy saving. Ordinary heat exchangers generally require a water to water heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of steam condensate for reuse. The condensate outlet temperature of energy-saving heat exchangers is around 75 ℃, which can be directly reused in the boiler room. This reduces equipment investment, saves the area of the heat exchanger room, and thus reduces infrastructure costs. Therefore, energy-saving volumetric heat exchangers are widely designed and welcomed by users. 2. Detailed diagram of the working principle of energy-saving volumetric heat exchanger. There are two types: vertical and horizontal. The technical parameters are detailed in the chart on the following page. Our factory has complete production specifications and can also design and process according to the special needs of the user unit. 3. This heat exchanger is suitable for hot water supply systems in general industrial and civil buildings. The heat medium is steam, the working pressure of the heating pipe is<0.6Mpa, the working pressure of the shell is 0-1.6Mpa, and the outlet hot water temperature is 65 ℃ 4. There are three types of shell materials for energy-saving volumetric heat exchangers: carbon steel Q235-A and B, stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, carbon steel lined with copper, U-shaped tube material, purple copper tube T2, and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. It can be selected as needed. 5. The horizontal energy-saving type is a steel saddle support. Same as international S154 and S165. Vertical is a column base support. 6. Heat exchangers must be equipped with safety devices, and one of the following safety devices can be selected to be installed on the exchanger: 1) Install a safety valve on the top of the heat exchanger, and the pressure of the safety valve must be compatible with the maximum working pressure of the heat exchanger (to be declared when ordering from the safety valve manufacturer). The installation and use of safety valves shall comply with the provisions of the "Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessel Safety" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources. 2) Install an outlet pipe connected to the atmosphere at the top of the exchanger (if conditions permit) 3) Install an expansion tank connected to a water heater to release the amount of expansion water. If the water contains hardness and salts, when using a heat exchanger, scale will form on the wall and tube wall, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer rate, an increase in energy consumption, and thus affecting use. Therefore, certain softening measures should be taken. 8. Steel lined copper heat exchangers are more economical and technically guaranteed than stainless steel heat exchangers. It utilizes the strength of steel and the corrosion resistance of copper, ensuring that the heat exchanger can withstand a certain working pressure while ensuring good water quality of the heat exchanger effluent. The thickness of the copper lining in the steel shell is generally 1.2mm. Steel lined copper heat exchangers must prevent partial vacuum in the tank, so anti vacuum valves are installed at the factory of the product. This valve cannot be cancelled unless it is regularly inspected. The formation of partial vacuum may be due to improper drainage, excessive pumping from the heat exchanger during low water levels, or poor exhaust system. Water hammer or sudden pressure drop is also a cause of negative pressure.
