MS-2556-EC is our company's newly launched Ether CAT bus type stepper driver, which adopts the latest floating-point 32-bit MCU digital processing technology. The driver control algorithm adopts advanced variable current technology and advanced variable frequency technology, resulting in low heat generation, low motor vibration, and smooth operation. Users can set any ID address within 1-255 and any current value within the rated current, motor matching, etc., which can meet the application needs of most occasions. This bus type driver can drive two-phase open-loop and closed-loop stepper motors. Due to the use of built-in micro segmentation technology, high segmentation can be achieved even under low segmentation conditions, with smooth operation at low, medium, and high speeds and low noise. The driver integrates automatic parameter tuning function for power on, which can automatically generate optimal operating parameters for different motors and maximize motor performance.
