The main component of the experimental oven temperature control system is the temperature controller. It is a microcomputer intelligent controller consisting of a microcontroller and peripheral circuits for dual row LED four position display. Using PT100 platinum resistor as the temperature sensing element, the heating system is controlled by PID regulation method. The temperature controller also has functions such as timed control, temperature control error correction, deviation alarm protection, etc.

The electric heating and blowing system of the experimental oven consists of resistance wire heating tubes, fans, and air ducts. By using the operation of the fan, the exchange and circulation of cold and hot air in the working room are forced, thereby improving the uniformity of the temperature field in the working room.

This series of products has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, small overshoot, low fluctuation, and deviation over temperature protection.
