◆ Product Features ◆
Explosion proof refrigerators are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, military, pharmaceutical, scientific research, laboratory and other fields, for cooling and storing drugs, reagents and other hazardous materials that are not easy to store at room temperature and are volatile, flammable and explosive. According to their structure, they can be divided into single door, double door, multiple door, horizontal and vertical types. It consists of a refrigeration compressor, condenser, condenser fan, evaporator, and temperature controller. In order to ensure its safe use in hazardous areas, we also use composite explosion-proof technology to carry out explosion-proof treatment on the refrigeration cabinet. The compressor and condenser fan are treated with sealing or explosion-proof technology, and the temperature controller is used as a passive switch and an explosion-proof active optocoupler solid-state relay to form an inherently safe temperature automatic control system. To protect the compressor from damage, delay type explosion-proof solid-state relays and overload protection and thermal protection devices are used, and some control appliances are treated with explosion-proof. ◆ Usage ◆
1. Before using an explosion-proof refrigerator, read the instructions carefully. After purchasing or transporting the explosion-proof refrigerator, it should be left to stand for 2-6 hours before turning it on to avoid circuit failure.
2. Before initial use or reactivation, set the thermostat to the strong stop mode, and then turn the thermostat to the 3rd gear to start, in order to avoid burning out the compressor
3. After starting the operation, the compressor will only start working after 5 minutes. (Because we use delay type explosion-proof solid-state relays and overload protection and thermal protection devices)
4. Before use, the time and space box should be powered on for 2-6 hours. If the cooling effect is good, the goods can be stored
5. In case of unexpected situations, it is not possible to start immediately after the machine has just stopped. It is necessary to wait for more than 5 minutes to avoid burning out the compressor.
6. Regularly remove dust from the surfaces of the condenser and compressor to prevent them from not stopping and not reaching the desired temperature. You can use a soft bristled brush or vacuum cleaner * *, do not rinse with water spray, and do not add a dust cover.

◆ Precautions ◆
1. It is necessary to strictly distinguish whether the hazardous environment for the use of explosion-proof refrigerators is Zone 1 or Zone 2. Explosion proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 are not allowed to be used in Zone 1 (explosion-proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 have insulated inner liners without anti-static coatings).
2. During use and maintenance. Do not change the position of various pipelines and wires. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the use should be stopped immediately.
3. Explosion proof refrigerators used in hazardous environments in Zone 2 must prevent the accumulation of hazardous static electricity on the insulation surface of the refrigerator liner during use and maintenance.
4. Measures must be taken to prevent accidents caused by damage to hazardous material storage containers during use. In case of any unexpected situation, the power should be cut off immediately.
5. Professional repair personnel for explosion-proof equipment must be hired for maintenance.
