Due to the huge volume of the oven (up to several thousand cubic meters), the extra large oven adopts an assembled and combined structure, and the assembled components are made in the factory and assembled into a table at the user's location

Due to the large size of the oven door, an electric motor mechanism is used to open and close the box door, reducing labor intensity

Special trolleys can be designed inside the box as needed for loading workpieces

Equipped with dozens of circulating fans, it is used to circulate hot air inside the box to achieve temperature uniformity requirements

There is a safety lighting device inside the box

There is a safety small door on the box door, which is equipped with an internal opening safety lock. It can be easily opened from inside the box at any time to prevent people from being accidentally locked inside the box when the oven starts working, which may cause personal danger

Adopting imported intelligent programming instruments, the temperature control accuracy is high, and the temperature program curve can be set separately with an over temperature alarm. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating power can be cut off. In addition, various multiple protection devices are also installed to ensure the safe operation of the equipment
