Working principle
In the micro planetary high-energy ball mill (reinforced type) "pulveriette 7", the sample is crushed by the collision and friction between the grinding balls, as well as the high energy generated by the collision and friction between the grinding balls and the grinding bowl. The grinding bowl rotates along its own axis on the support disk opposite to its rotation direction. The rotation of the grinding bowl and support disk due to gravity will have a certain impact on the capacity inside the grinding bowl. When the ball mill is started, the pressure generated by the rotation of the grinding bowl causes the rotating grinding ball to collide with the inner wall of the bowl, thereby crushing the material. At the same time, the stronger centrifugal force of the support disk separates the material and ball from the inner wall of the grinding bowl during grinding. Passing through the grinding bowl, the sample and grinding ball are washed onto the opposite wall of the bowl. The result was excellent grinding effect and extremely short grinding time.
