Operation process and steps

1. System connection: Connect various components, control systems, power supplies, and USB communication interfaces;

3. Set the required temperature in sections on the high-temperature box, or set a temperature without sections For specific operation of high-temperature box instruments, please refer to the "Temperature Instrument Operation Manual"




4. Wait for the sample to enter the high-temperature box through the high-temperature fixture

1.5. Open the inert gas input valveDuring the real-time temperature rise, the real-time curve of the sample resistance changes

2.When the temperature reaches the set value, heating will automatically stop

8. After the test is completed, turn off the high-temperature power and leave it on for 10-20 minutes
