The fabric dipping and curing oven consists of a unwinding mechanism, a high-temperature drying channel, a dipping system, a curing drying channel, a winding mechanism, and a centralized control system

The fabric is fed into the high-temperature drying channel by the unwinding mechanism, and after high-temperature degreasing, it enters the dipping system. The dipped fabric is uniformly controlled in thickness by the extrusion roller, and then enters the curing drying channel. In a uniform temperature field, the tape gradually solidifies. By controlling the appropriate feeding speed, the drying degree of the tape meets the requirements of the product standard. The cured fabric is cut into the required speed by the slitting mechanism, and finally wound onto different axes by the winding mechanism

The winding and unwinding mechanism adopts advanced tension control system and automatic correction system, with automatic synchronization of winding and unwinding, adjustable tension, smooth operation, neat winding, and moderate elasticity
