1、 Application:

This instrument is used for pre-treatment of liquid hydrocarbon substances before analysis, converting liquid samples into gaseous hydrocarbon substances with equal composition, constant temperature, constant pressure, and controllable flow rate for easy determination.

This product is suitable for sample processing before the following analysis:

1)Analysis of trace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in various industrial olefins, in conjunction with gas chromatography.

2)Liquid hydrocarbon composition analysis, used in conjunction with gas chromatography.

3)Analysis of other components.

S-200Overcoming the above problems, it automatically maintains a constant temperature for five minutes after connecting the power supply; Using foreign passivated pipelines and capillary injection, and entering the chromatographic injection analysis through a heat tracing pipeline. Thus overcoming the phenomenon of insufficient adsorption and vaporization of the sample in the pipeline.

S-200It is also equipped with a flash evaporation system for blowing and heating gas. After use, the carrier gas can be connected to the gas inlet and the carrier gas outlet can be connected to the liquid inlet for high-temperature blowing of the flash evaporation system, reducing cross contamination of residual samples.
B、 Technical features:

1)Liquid injection pressure: 100-400psi;

2)Design with two sets of user adjustable heaters. One heater controls the flash evaporation temperature, while another separate heater is used for insulation of the sample pipeline to prevent re condensation of the sample after gasification;

3)The maximum gasification temperature is 150 ℃;

4)Add high temperature protection to the external heat tracing pipeline to prevent overheating.

5)The external sample transmission pipeline has adjustable electric heating function to ensure that the sample will not condense;
