Float level regulator

1、 Purpose:

This product is an essential liquid level control mechanism on the oil and gas separator or oil and gas separation buffer tank. It can automatically control the liquid level inside the device within a certain range. To avoid equipment vacuum or roof collapse accidents and ensure safe operation of the equipment.

2、 Structure Introduction

The float level regulator consists of components such as the oil float, connecting rod structure, regulating valve, and rigid connection bracket. Its working principle is to use the buoyancy of the liquid on the float, and through the action of the connecting rod mechanism, the valve core opens and closes with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the equipment, thereby controlling the discharge volume of the equipment and keeping the liquid level in a certain range.

This series of products is equipped with two types of regulating valves: quick opening type and equal percentage type. The quick opening type regulating valve has a flat plate core. The liquid volume passing through the valve rapidly reaches its maximum value with the increase of the valve core opening degree. The pressure reduction of the valve is relatively small, suitable for liquid level control of self pressure process equipment with low requirements for regulating performance and small pressure reduction (△ p<0.2MPa). The valve core of the equal percentage type regulating valve is divided into equal proportion lines. The liquid volume passing through the valve varies proportionally with the opening degree of the valve core, exhibiting good regulating characteristics. But the pressure drop of the valve is relatively large, which can be used for liquid level control on equipment or pumping process equipment that require high regulation performance.

The structure of the regulating valve: The quick opening type is a double seat right angle structure, and the equally divided type has two types of structures for users to choose from: double seat right angle and double seat straight through.

The float of this regulator is ellipsoidal in shape, with sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand an external pressure of 1.6 MPa. The maximum working pressure of the container equipment equipped with this product can reach 1.6MPa. A rigid bracket connection is used between the floating ball hole flange cover and the regulating valve to ensure the accurate installation size of the regulator, making construction and installation very convenient.
