Product Introduction
Fuel oil automatic kinematic viscosity testerBitUVisc120 is a fully automatic kinematic viscosity analyzer that can be programmed automatically, mainly used for analyzing the kinematic viscosity of high viscosity oil samples at higher temperatures. This kinematic viscometer can handle oil samples with viscosities up to 120000 mm2/s and test temperatures up to 150 º C. It is fully compliant with ASTM D445/D446, ASTM D2170 standards, and AASHTO T201, and its brand is Omnitek from the Netherlands.
Fuel oil automatic kinematic viscosity testerBitUVisc 120 has two viscosity tubes in one constant temperature bath, and its detection speed is twice as fast as a single tube. BitUVisc120 is capable of automatic sample injection, preheating, automatic dual solvent cleaning, and drying. The entire process is fully automated and does not require human operation.
The BitUVisc120 kinematic viscosity analyzer uses an improved Ubbelohde viscosity tube and a specially designed thermal sensor, which can be used for detecting completely black and opaque oil samples. Under standard configuration, it can detect the kinematic viscosity of oil samples at 150 ℃, and the oil samples can be preheated to 200 ℃.
In the design process of BitUVisc120 kinematic viscometer, safety is the most important design indicator. BitUVisc 120 has taken many preventive measures. The vertical and horizontal movement of the oil sample rack is controlled by a calibrated stepper motor and limited by accurate sensors for protection. In addition, BitUVisc120 can also provide oil bath overheating protection, liquid level detection, and emergency stop protection.
BitUVisc120 has excellent chemical corrosion resistance for most commonly used oil samples and solvents, such as petroleum ether, kerosene, toluene, xylene, decalin, acetone, butanone, phenol, cresol, o-chlorophenol, chlorobenzene, 90% formic acid, and glacial acetic acid.
