2. Technical principles
According to HJ970-2018 standard, under the condition of pH ≤ 2, the oil substances in the sample are extracted by n-hexane. The extraction solution is dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then adsorbed by magnesium silicate to remove polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils. The absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 225 nm, and the petroleum content and absorbance value comply with Lambert Beer's law

5. Working structure principle
UV4000B fully automatic UV oil analyzerComposed of fully automated operating software, UV spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system, the oil in the water is extracted using the extraction solvent n-hexane at a certain extraction ratio, and the drum type three-dimensional stirring technology is used to extract the oil from the water. The extraction solution is then introduced into a colorimetric dish through an oil-water separation device to remove water and impurities, and magnesium silicate is used to remove animal and vegetable oils. After analysis and measurement by the UV spectroscopy system, the instrument automatically discharges waste and cleans the pipeline. The entire process is automated, without the need for operators to come into contact with n-hexane, including automatic sampling, automatic extraction, automatic removal of water, impurities, animal and vegetable oils, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic drainage, and data storage.
