The EDM365 online environmental particulate/aerosol particle size spectrometer developed and produced by GRIMM Aerosol Technology Company in Germany uses laser scattering principle to simultaneously obtain the mass concentration values of PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 in the ambient atmosphere. Compliant with European standards EN12341 (PM10) and EN14907 (PM2.5) and certified by the US EPA (PM2.5). System integration design, equipped with meteorological parameter measurement sensors, can simultaneously monitor relative humidity, temperature, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, and air pressure, and transmit monitoring data online. Optional gas sensor, capable of monitoring gaseous pollutants such as VOCs and NOx、O3And with CO.

Data recording system
The 1142.M5 data recording system integrates the data recording system and remote control system, connecting the GRIMM monitor with other sensors. The integrated interface is connected to the webpage and can be operated using TCP/IP protocol.
Automatic filter membrane sampling
For laboratory analysis, the sampling time and frequency can be set and changed by computer control, and more than 14 filter membranes (25-47mm) can be automatically replaced.
gas sensor
The gas system can be equipped with two different toxic gas sensors (CO, H)2S、SO2、NOxOr NH2)And a PID (photoionization detection) sensor can be installed in EDM365 and connected to the 1142.M5 data logger.
The 365G3xx gas sensor can continuously monitor various harmful organic and inorganic gases, oxygen, and flammable gases. Up to 5 sensors can be installed for emergency monitoring, industrial hygiene, and many other monitoring tasks. It is possible to combine standard gas sensors with special toxic gas sensors and PID for monitoring a wide range of toxic gases.

Software
The EDM series monitoring system runs using Labview software developed by GRIIM, which can display and calculate data in real time. All data is stored on memory cards or data loggers, and there will be no data loss. Due to the system being produced in Germany, all systems use the standardized GESYTEC network protocol. However, many other operating modes can be used through the GRIMM software package. Each device can be connected to a computer via RS232, and data logger can be used to collect data at intervals of 1 minute or more. Fully automated testing, control system monitors instrument performance and reports possible errors.
