EDM665 WRAS (Wide Range Aerosol System) is a device that combines optical particle size spectroscopy (OPC) and scanning electron mobility particle size spectrometer (SMPS+C) to analyze particle size. Optical particle size spectroscopy (OPC) is mainly used for monitoring micron sized particles, monitoring 31 channels; Scanning Electron Mobility Particle Size Spectrometer (SMPS+C) is used for nanoparticle research, monitoring 44 channels.
The particle size monitoring range is from 5nm to 30 μ m, divided into more than 70 channels. The system software will automatically draw particle size and concentration distribution maps. The system is equipped with an automatic sampling, drying and dehumidification system, which can continuously monitor for up to one month under unsupervised conditions. Can install GPS and wireless transmission systems.

Data acquisition and analysis

Data recording system
The 1142.M5 data recording system integrates the data recording system and remote control system, connecting the GRIMM monitor with other sensors. The integrated interface is connected to the webpage and can be operated using TCP/IP protocol. Expand the memory to 4GB to achieve remote control.
Software
The EDM series monitoring system runs using Labview software developed by GRIIM, which can display and calculate data in real time. All data is stored on memory cards or data loggers, and there will be no data loss. Due to the system being produced in Germany, all systems use the standardized GESYTEC network protocol. However, many other operating modes can be used through the GRIIM software package. Each device can be connected to a computer via RS232, and data logger can be used to collect data at intervals of 1 minute or more. Fully automated testing, control system monitors instrument performance and reports possible errors.
