For the concentration of larger amounts of biological samples, the Vivacell 250 concentrator proposes a new concept, which has many advantages compared to cup type ultrafiltration concentrators with stirring devices:

·The sample processing capacity can range from 50ml to 250ml;

·It can be placed on a workbench or refrigerator for static concentration, or placed on a shaker for rapid concentration;

·The unique conical dead end structure design allows the sample to be concentrated to below 1ml;

·The vortex generated by oscillation avoids clogging of the filter membrane due to concentration polarization, while greatly reducing shear forces. Shear force is difficult to avoid in cup type ultrafiltration concentrators with stirring devices;

·Each component is easy to install, and changing the film only takes a few seconds, making the operation simple. Unique filter membrane components, replacement only takes a few seconds. The concentration can be observed at any time through a graduated observation window.
