Equipment composition: hot air stove (with fan), multifunctional drying oven, hot air duct, temperature control box

Equipment composition:
Hot air stove (with fan), multifunctional drying oven, hot air duct, temperature control box.
Working Principle:
The drying principle of this system is to use pure hot air generated by a hot air stove, with a controllable temperature of 35 ℃ -180 ℃. Two drying and dehydration methods, heating drying and ventilation drying, are used simultaneously. The ventilation volume of the hot air is adjusted reasonably, and through bottom ventilation and layer by layer edge ventilation, the hot air is supplied without dead corners, ensuring uniform and uniform drying operation of the items.
Equipment Features:
1. This drying oven adopts Korean technology, with bottom ventilation and layer by layer edge ventilation, no dead corners, good drying effect, and high yield of finished products.
2. The hot air stove provides pure hot air, which pollutes the dried items.
3. The temperature of the hot air can be adjusted and controlled according to different items, ranging from 35 ℃ to 180 ℃. This is achieved by controlling the oxygen intake through a butterfly valve.
4. Wide range of fuels: wood scraps, coal, and natural gas can be used, with coal burning at 5-10kg/h.
5. This equipment is developed and produced based on the principle of drying traditional Chinese medicinal materials. It can dehydrate and dry goji berries, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, dried fruits, seafood, etc. that have been dried for more than 5 hours, ensuring their nutritional content while also drying them. Other drying equipment is unparalleled.
Goji berry drying oven (multifunctional drying oven) suitable for drying items:
Items that are suitable for drying for more than 5 hours, whole, and should not be flipped: goji berries, ginseng, ginseng, raw earth, grapes, sea cucumbers, prawns, fish slices, etc., are widely used.
Drying process: (suitable for Korean wolfberry, for reference only)
Goji berry drying can be divided into three stages: heating stage, constant speed drying and moisture removal stage, and deceleration and shaping stage. Among these three stages, temperature control also needs to be divided into several stages.
Stage 1, Heating Stage: Place the tray filled with fresh goji berries flat in the oven, without overlapping, to avoid unnecessary air leakage caused by poor placement of the tray. Close the box door, turn on the hot air stove fan, ignite the hot air stove, and start sending hot air into the box. Gradually heat the temperature inside the box to 50 ° C for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. When there is moisture inside the box, start draining it for about 2 minutes. After draining, the temperature inside the box will decrease slightly, and continue to supply heat.
Stage 2. Constant speed drying and moisture removal stage: It should be divided into two stages: high humidity and low temperature, and medium humidity and medium temperature.
In the high humidity and low temperature range, the temperature should be less than 50 degrees Celsius, ranging from 40 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius, to avoid changes in the color of goji berries caused by high temperature and humidity. Observe the changes in water vapor on the surface of goji berries and remove moisture at any time. This period should be between 3 to 3.5 hours.
In the medium humidity and temperature range, with a temperature below 60 degrees and a range of 50 degrees to 60 degrees, the intake valve can be appropriately opened and the return valve can be appropriately closed for moisture removal. Adjustments can be made according to the amount of moisture.
3. The third stage, deceleration
The shaping stage, also known as the low humidity and high temperature stage, has a temperature range of 60 ° C to 70 ° C. It should not exceed 70 ° C in the early stage and 75 ° C in the later stage.
Selection reference instructions (model for reference only, specific model to be customized according to customer's actual situation)
Basic type: 80 pallets, equipped with a hot air stove of 150000 kcal, a fan of 4KW, a capacity of 400-500kg of fresh goji berries per load, and a drying time of about 15 hours. The drying time for semi dried goji berries is 8-12 hours. If you need to increase production, you can increase the oven and also increase the supporting hot air stove and fan.
