The Belgian HACO electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine adopts the CNC system independently developed by HACO-ROBOSOFT to achieve fill in the blank operation of machining parameters and two-dimensional and three-dimensional solid simulation and tracking display. The operator only needs to input the material type, material thickness, workpiece length, required angle and width for each step according to the drawing, and select the appropriate tool. The CNC system will automatically generate a bending program, calculate the bending depth, required pressure, unfolded length, and display the workpiece cross-sectional diagram in solid form. The feasibility of each bending step is simulated, and the optimal bending sequence is selected.
