　　Fully automatic contact angle testerImage acquisition part: The main function is to capture the contour image formed by liquid droplets onto a solid into a computer. The structural assembly of this part can realize the up and down movement, forward and backward movement, and tilt rotation of the acquisition system. The above adjustments can achieve the clearest state of the image.

Workbench section: The solid sample is placed on the workbench, and the seat drop method can directly capture images for contact angle measurement on the liquid droplet. Optional bubble trap accessories can be used to achieve bubble trap contact angle measurement.

Light source section: Provides brightness adjustment for the image acquisition section. Different testing scenarios require different levels of brightness to meet the testing needs of the acquisition section.

Computer software: The computer is equipped with contact angle testing software independently owned by Hako. Rich content and numerous testing projects. The interface is clear and the operation is simple and easy to understand. Including contact angle measurement, surface energy measurement, spreading coefficient measurement, adhesion energy measurement, and other related content. The functions of data saving, printing, exporting, and curve generation are complete.

Supporting frame part: Integrate the above parts to form a complete contact angle measuring instrument. The combination of 4-point horizontal adjustment of the foundation allows for quick and convenient adjustment. The bottom is fixed with high-quality aviation aluminum material.
