1. Overview
The LH-AC26HS high-frequency induction preheater is a high standard preheating equipment for metal encapsulation, suitable for online preheating in the wire and cable industry. It can effectively remove impurities on the surface of the metal and ensure that the metal temperature is consistent with the temperature of the adhesive, ensuring that the metal and adhesive are integrated and eliminating the defect of metal exposure after metal and adhesive encapsulation. When the line speed changes, the preheating voltage changes and the temperature remains unchanged. The device is controlled by LC oscillation principle internally, generating DC800V high voltage. Please open the control box without authorization.

6. Pre use inspection
4.1 Is the power input AC two-phase 380V
4.2 Confirm safe grounding
4.3 Adjusting the center distance of the wire wheel
4.4 Turn on the power and adjust the potentiometer to zero. First, wind the wire before starting. If the wire is disconnected halfway and then wound again, the machine must be in a stopped state. Before starting, please reset the potentiometer to zero
4.5 Adjusting the potentiometer to a multi turn potentiometer may require adjusting more than 6 turns to achieve preheating effect
When the yellow button light is on, the machine is in automatic mode, and the regulator needs to be set to the corresponding value
4.7 The yellow ammonium button light is not on, and the machine is in manual mode
7. Maintenance
Ensure the cleanliness of the machine body for a long time, and check the glossiness of the copper wheel when it is not in use for a long time. Use fine yarn paper to polish the groove yarn of the copper wheel.
Please replace the copper wheel and guide wheel immediately if they are damaged.
8. Common faults and solutions
(1) The heated conductor has no temperature
Whether the winding method is correct, whether the copper wheel is oxidized, and the luster of the yarn are sufficient.
Can the voltage be manually adjusted to 150V.
When in automatic mode, the copper wheel should have a certain rotational speed.
(2) Voltage regulation without voltage
The voltage regulating potentiometer is a multi turn potentiometer that needs to be adjusted for more than 3 turns.
Does the contactor work after starting.
Whether manual and automatic selection are used correctly.
(3) The starting contactor does not work
Is the fuse burnt out.
Is the input voltage of transformer B 380V.
Is the output voltage of transformer C 220V and double 15V.
