Product process principle
catalytic combustionIt is a typical gas-solid phase catalytic reaction, which essentially involves deep oxidation with the participation of reactive oxygen species. In the process of catalytic combustion, the role of the catalyst is to reduce the activation energy, and at the same time, the catalyst surface has adsorption effect, which enriches the reactant molecules on the surface and increases the reaction rate, accelerating the progress of the reaction. With the help of catalysts, organic waste gas can undergo flameless combustion at lower ignition temperatures, and be oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O, while releasing a large amount of heat energy, thus achieving the method of removing harmful substances from the waste gas.

Product reaction process
In the process of catalytic combustion of exhaust gas, the exhaust gas is sent through a pipeline by a fan to a heat exchanger for a temperature rise, and then enters a heating chamber to heat the exhaust gas to the starting temperature required for catalytic combustion. The heated exhaust gas is burned through the catalyst layer. Due to the action of the catalyst, the starting temperature of exhaust gas combustion in catalytic combustion method is about 250-300 ℃, which is much lower than the combustion temperature of 670-800 ℃ in direct combustion method. Therefore, the energy consumption is much lower than that in direct combustion method. At the same time, under the activity of the catalyst, the reacted gas generates a certain amount of heat, and the high-temperature gas enters the heat exchanger again, undergoes heat exchange and cooling, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere at a lower temperature through a fan.
The catalytic combustion device is equipped with a temperature probe and a supplementary cooling valve. When the reaction temperature in the catalytic chamber of the furnace exceeds the set upper limit, the supplementary cooling valve is opened to dilute the intake source, protect the equipment, extend its service life, and prevent accidents.
The main structure of this device consists of a purification device host, an induced draft fan, and electrical control components. The main unit of the purification device is an integrated structure consisting of a heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, flame arrester, and explosion-proof device. The furnace body is insulated as a whole with a thickness of 100mm, and the external temperature of the furnace body is ≤ ambient temperature+30 ℃.
