The cylinder body material is aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The bottom shaft assembly hole of the pneumatic actuator complies with the ISO5211 standard, and the top and top mounting holes of the air source hole and output shaft comply with the NAMUR standard. InterApp pneumatic actuatorIt is an actuator that uses pneumatic pressure to drive the opening and closing or regulating of valves, also known as a pneumatic actuator or pneumatic device, but generally referred to as a pneumatic head. Pneumatic actuators are sometimes equipped with certain auxiliary devices. Commonly used are valve positioners and handwheel mechanisms. The function of valve positioner is to use feedback principle to improve the performance of the actuator, so that the actuator can achieve accurate positioning according to the control signal of the controller. The function of the handwheel mechanism is to directly operate the control valve to maintain normal production when the control system is shut down, gas is stopped, the controller has no output, or the actuator fails.

Valve torque=100Nm
Safe torque=100 × (1+30%)=130Nm
Gas source pressure=5Bar
According to the double acting torque table, the minimum specification for selecting a double acting actuator is 130Nm.
Selection of single acting actuators
Under normal working conditions, the safety factor considered for single acting actuators is 30% -50%
For example:
The valve requires a torque of 80N. m
Safe torque=80 (1+30%)=104N. m Air source pressure=5Bar
By comparing the output torque table of the single acting actuator, we can find that the output torque is
Air travel 0 °=308N. m
Air travel 90 °=247N. m
Spring stroke 90 °=181N. m
Spring stroke 0 °=120N. m
All output torques are greater than our requirements.
be careful:
During the process of resetting the spring of a single acting actuator, the ventilation at port B of the actuator does not affect the output torque of the actuator, but instead helps to reset the spring.

The output torque of the spring reset actuator is obtained by multiplying the force (air pressure or spring force) by the force arm. The first condition is that the output torque is obtained by compressing the spring after the air pressure enters the middle chamber, which is called the 'air stroke output torque'. In this case, the air source pressure forces the piston to turn from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, and the spring compression generates a reactive force.
