Interface electronic circuit
Heidenhain's interface electronic circuit adjusts the encoder signal to the signal that connects to the subsequent electronic circuit interface. If the subsequent electronic circuit cannot directly process the output signal of the Heidenhain encoder, or if further subdivision of the signal is required, an interface electronic circuit is needed.
There are multiple mechanical versions of Heidenhain interface electronic circuits.

Due to its high protection level of IP 65, the box interface electronic circuit can adapt to harsh industrial environments, such as machine tool processing. Both input and output are equipped with high-strength M23 and M12 connectors. A stable cast metal casing effectively avoids physical damage and electrical interference.
The main difference between the EXE/IBV 100 series and the EXE/IBV 600 series is their more compact structure.
plug-type
The plug-in interface electronic circuit structure is extremely compact and space saving: the large D-sub connector housing has a complete subdivision and digital electronic circuit inside. It provides protection against physical damage (IP 40 protection level) and electrical interference. It can be fixed on the connecting piece with corresponding accessories, and stacked and connected at the top of each joint.
Integrated board card
We also provide various forms of interface electronic circuits for users to integrate into existing electronic circuits. These plug-in integrated boards must be protected against electrical and physical interference. The IDP series includes pure subdivision and digital electronic circuits, suitable as input components for non Heidenhain electronic circuits.
Top cover installation rail type
The top cover mounted rail interface electronic circuit is suitable for installation in electrical cabinets and can be easily fixed in standard DIN mounting rails.
