JMQG-12 low-speed precision cutting machine is mainly used for cutting small cylindrical, square metal bodies or electronic circuit board materials. The machine adopts a constant cutting force automatic cutting with a weight block load, and automatically stops after cutting is completed. By using a micrometer device, the thickness of the sample cutting can be adjusted to achieve precise cutting, making it a matching sample preparation equipment for transmission electron microscopy. JMQ-12 low-speed precision cutting machine has controllable speed. To avoid burning the sample due to overheating during cutting, the machine is equipped with a cooling system. During the cutting process, the diamond cutting blade rotates to bring out cooling water, which cools the cutting blade and sample material. The surface of the cut sample is bright, flat, and free of burns. This device has the characteristics of easy operation, use, and maintenance, and is a commonly used equipment for cutting small materials and electronic circuit boards.
