The pressure sensitive core of the JY-PX300 series pressure transmitter adopts a high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure oil filled core. The dedicated integrated circuit inside converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current, or frequency signals, which can be directly connected to computer circuit interface cards, control instruments, intelligent instruments, PLCs, etc. for convenience. Long distance transmission can be achieved through current output. It has a small volume, light weight, and all stainless steel sealing structure, and can work in corrosive environments. Sealing test and pressure holding test for sealed chambers

For equipment such as castings, containers, valve bodies, pipelines, etc., there are sealing requirements, so production units, devices, and users often need to conduct sealing tests on these devices. The dry air method, on the other hand, controls the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tested sample by vacuuming or air pressurization. If there is leakage, the difference between the inside and outside pressures will be reduced. Sealing can be detected by detecting changes in air pressure. The detection medium is dry air, non-toxic and harmless, does not damage the tested object, and the detection environment is clean and tidy.

So it is widely used, and the most important aspect in the dry air method is pressure detection. This working condition generally requires a high pressure value to be set and maintained for a period of time. If there is a leak, the pressure will decrease after a period of time, and it can be judged by detecting the decrease in pressure. For example, if a valve body is pressurized to 2.5mpa, but the leakage is very small, the pressure change value may only be at the KPa level. Therefore, for a pressure transmitter, the conventional accuracy range from 0.5% to 0.1% can only achieve an error of 2.5KPa, which is too large for the change value. So our recommended solution is the isobaric comparison method, which involves simultaneously applying pressure to two devices, one of which serves as a reference device, assuming that there will be no thermal leakage pressure. Then, the JY-4051 from Jiayi is used to test the pressure difference between the reference device and the tested device. This way, even if there is a small leakage pressure that causes a slight change in pressure, JY-4051 can accurately measure it. Realize high sealing detection effect.
