| It is used to evaluate insect spray and is modified and developed according to the technology described in pages 101-104 and 128 of Volume 19 of Soap and Hygienic Chemistry published in February 1943. For mortality testing, the dose was 0.2 ml per spray (0.4 ml in total). When tested with 0.4 milliliters of formal insecticide, the mortality rate obtained should be between 30% and 55%. Under different insect feeding and testing conditions, it may be necessary to change the dosage used to achieve the desired insecticidal effect. | |||||||||
