Purpose and Introduction
This machine is a volumetric filling equipment, which adopts linear filling and machine electrical integration control, with excellent performance. The shape conforms to international mechanical design concepts. Mainly suitable for various viscous, non viscous, corrosive and non corrosive liquids, widely used for quantitative packaging of vegetable oils, lubricants, chemical liquids, daily chemical industries, etc.
Adopting Mitsubishi's PLC and touch screen system from Japan, and selecting Omron optical control components and SMC pneumatic components from Japan to ensure stable system performance. The unique anti drip device ensures that there is no dripping phenomenon during the production process. There are also functions such as no bottle filling, segmented and non-uniform filling.
