The A18 high load vibrating screen machine/instrument is specifically designed for vibrating screen machines that require a large amount of sample screening operations. It mainly avoids the disadvantage of bias in screening results caused by other lightweight screening machines. Two asymmetric motors are installed in reverse at a determined angle at the bottom of the analysis sieve plate to generate optimal vibration. Each motor can accurately stop rotating at the end of the screening time. This design means that the screened sample can be accelerated in both vertical and horizontal directions, causing the sample to continuously change direction, resulting in shorter screening time and more significant separation effect.
