MED marine fire hose (IMPA330704 330705 330706) is a pressure resistant rubber hose with flanges at both ends connected to the riser and faucet. It is composed of rubber layers, rubber blanket liners, and metal wire mesh, with working pressures ranging from 10MPa to several 13MPa. Marine fire hose is used to transport high-pressure water or foam and other flame retardant liquids. Traditional fire hoses are lined with rubber and wrapped in linen fabric on the outside. The fire hose is made of polymer materials such as polyurethane. Both ends of the fire hose have metal joints, which can be connected to another hose to extend the distance or to a nozzle to increase the liquid spray pressure. The axial elongation and diameter expansion rate of water hoses with design working pressures of 0.8MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.3MPa, and 1.6MPa should not exceed 5% under the design working pressure. The axial elongation rate and diameter expansion rate of the water hose with a design working pressure of 2.0MPa and 2.5MPa should not exceed 8% under the design working pressure.

Marine fire hoses comply with the GB6246-2001 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Lined Fire hoses" standard. The water hose is printed with the product name, design working pressure, specifications (nominal inner diameter and length), warp and weft threads, lining material, manufacturer name, registered trademark, and production date on both sides of the centerline near the end. The fabric layer is woven evenly, the surface is clean, and there are no skipped double diameters, broken double diameters, skipped weft, or scratches. Uniform thickness, smooth and even surface, without wrinkles or other defects. Made of polyurethane material.
