Overview
The HXZK-WZ material positioning tag is a product specially designed and developed for material positioning. The tag is powered by a large capacity battery to support long-term endurance, and a disposable battery (3 hours/day) can be used continuously; For 2 years, the label can be used for positioning materials, pallets, axles, forklifts, etc. The back is equipped with a strong magnet that can be directly attached and installed on metal surfaces, and there are also fixing screw holes to fix the label.

This tag has a typical positioning accuracy of 10-30 centimeters, a protection level of IP67, and can also support various customized development needs of users.

By locating materials, the location of the materials can be tracked in real time. Material location tags can provide real-time location information of the materials, allowing management personnel to quickly understand the storage location, movement path, etc. of the materials, thereby achieving precise management of the materials. This greatly improves the efficiency of material management and reduces the time and labor costs wasted in searching for materials.
Architecture diagram of material positioning system: Material positioning needs to be used in conjunction with our UWB positioning base station. The positioning base station needs to be installed in the positioning space. The positioning base station is powered and transmitted through Ethernet cables, and the data is sent to the server through a switch. The real-time location of the tag is obtained through the positioning platform installed on the server.
