1、 Instrument Introduction

TANK microwave digestion analyzer has always adhered to the principles and concepts of "safe operation", "efficient and convenient", and "durable" from research and development to production. It is a microwave digestion workstation widely applicable to various digestion needs and modern laboratory construction. TANK adopts an advanced dual magnetron frequency conversion microwave heating system to achieve high-power microwave balanced magnetic field safe heating; TANK has over 20 stringent security measures to ensure high-level security performance and data accuracy; At the same time, TANK's highly intelligent human-machine dialogue operating system and wireless control module make the experimental process efficient, convenient, and user-friendly, bringing scientific, efficient, safe, and comfortable operating experience to technology workers.

2、 Product comprehensive technical characteristics

The fiber optic temperature control system can achieve precise temperature control and is currently a very safe microwave digestion temperature control method. Fiber optic temperature control avoids the antenna effect of conventional metal resistance temperature control, and solves the drawbacks of temperature deviation and uneven digestion effect in multi tank digestion. The new instrument adopts a multi-core integrated fiber temperature control system, with a fiber diameter of 2mm and an external PTFE protective layer. It has a small bending radius, is resistant to bending, and has strong flexibility. Its service life is more than 5 times that of a single core fiber. TANK adopts an improved high-precision new semiconductor pressure sensor, and the entire transmission path is treated with anti-corrosion to achieve precise pressure control, with a pressure accuracy of ± 0.01MPa.

The TANK microwave digestion instrument series adopts a dual magnetron frequency conversion control system, which continuously adjusts the microwave output power based on temperature and pressure feedback, resulting in a more uniform microwave magnetic field and more accurate control. Variable frequency control can avoid the drawbacks of frequent start-up of magnetron during intermittent heating, effectively protect magnetron, and save energy loss. The dual magnetron heating and professional microwave focusing design can make the magnetic field distribution inside the furnace more uniform, ensuring the consistency of sample digestion in experiments. TANK is made of ultra strong aerospace composite fiber material Xtra Fiber, which is unbreakable, unbreakable, and tear resistant. It can withstand a pressure of 70MPa, completely eliminating the possibility of radial blasting. It has excellent performance indicators such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and impact and pressure resistance, fundamentally solving the safety hazards of operators during use.

TANK microwave digestion instrument uses ARM chip, which runs stably and reliably. Adopting a 7-inch LCD color touch screen, the touch operation is smooth and easy. The page displays the working status and temperature pressure change curve in real-time. Built in expert method library, and users can also edit and store their own methods. The built-in COT real-time temperature and pressure abnormal monitoring system can automatically alarm and cut off the microwave in case of temperature and pressure abnormalities in any reaction tank, thus protecting the safety of the instrument. The PRO version is equipped with a Wi Fi wireless control module, which can achieve point-to-point control of computers and microwave digesters, as well as control and real-time observation within a local area network using tablets, allowing users to conduct "comfortable and safe experiments". The PRO version also adopts a dual screen design, and is equipped with a 5-inch LCD color display screen to monitor the operation of the digestion tank inside the furnace in real time through an internal camera.

The TANK microwave digestion instrument has a high-throughput digestion capacity of 12 tanks/batch, which meets the pre-treatment needs of modern laboratories for large quantities of samples. It uses high-strength composite materials to enhance strength, meeting the requirements of a 1.7 ton tensile test. The pressure conduit wall is thickened and customized to withstand the maximum pressure during the digestion process. PEEK elastic compression sheet is resistant to high temperatures, has high rigidity, and is dimensionally stable. Its bending strength and compression strength can still reach 19MPa at 260 ℃, and it can support PFA tank caps from being damaged during the digestion process. The top cover of the TANK digestion tank adopts an automatic pressure relief design, which eliminates the risk of high-pressure tank explosion and eliminates consumables such as explosion-proof membranes, making it easy to use and cost-effective.

The 316L stainless steel industrial furnace chamber of TANK microwave digestion instrument adopts a whole machine frame design, realizing the modular and concise design concept, and providing great convenience for instrument upgrading, maintenance, etc. The furnace door is composed of multiple layers of protective layers, and the furnace cavity is coated with multiple layers of PTFE, greatly improving the service life and safety guarantee of the instrument. The optimized anti flow channel structure design can eliminate the microwave leakage hazard caused by instrument gaps. The automatic power-off function when opening the door can automatically cut off the microwave after actively or passively opening the door, protecting the safety of the user. An efficient exhaust system design can achieve fast and safe air cooling, improving operational efficiency.
