All built-in testing systems are robust and reliable, suitable for testing in harsh dirty environments, but the data results are consistent with laboratory testing accuracy.
Instrument reflection sensor technology is suitable for more testing applications: even samples like heavy oil can achieve high accuracy and reproducibility.
The small sample size and automatic sampling system bring convenience to users. The measuring pool is easy to remove, eliminating conventional cleaning problems that other similar products cannot solve.
The built-in Peltier temperature control system enables rapid temperature control without the need to purchase a constant temperature water bath, allowing for quick measurement of viscosity index.

The instrument automatically uses solvents or subsequent new samples to clean the testing system. 20ml of the 25mL sample is consumed for cleaning, and only 5mL of the sample is needed for measurement. The fully enclosed viscosity measuring cell is easy to disassemble and inspect, and can be cleaned with an ultrasonic bath. You can regularly check the cleanliness of the measuring pool to avoid measurement data errors. The instrument is equipped with 2 sets of viscosity measuring cells, which can be used as backup when replacing and cleaning one set.
