Overview
Edible mushroom ultrasonic humidifiers increase greenhouse humidity, and mushroom room humidifiers have good atomization effects, with mist particle diameters of 1-10 μ m and fast humidification speed. Mushroom greenhouse humidification equipment has become the main equipment for humidifying mushroom rooms in edible mushroom factories. Zhengzhou Dechengxin provides various models of ultrasonic humidification equipment for edible mushroom planting users with high-quality edible mushroom humidifiers and mushroom planting humidifiers.
Product Details

Mushroom greenhouse humidification equipment The cultivation of edible mushrooms and the inoculation room for strains are very demanding on the environment. In addition to requirements for air mobility and lighting, it is important for edible mushroom cultivation to meet temperature and humidity conditions. Edible mushrooms generally prefer warm and humid climate conditions, and each type of mushroom has its own requirements and adaptation levels for non biological factors (temperature, humidity).

1、 Temperature conditions

Temperature is the main environmental condition for the growth of mushrooms. Different varieties and stages of growth and development have different requirements for temperature. Generally, the mycelium growth stage requires a higher temperature, usually between 20-26 ℃, while the fruiting body growth stage requires a lower temperature, usually between 13-18 ℃. The temperature affects the timing and quality of mushroom production, thus determining the success or failure of production and economic benefits. People classify mushrooms into high temperature, medium temperature, and low temperature types based on their temperature requirements.

Low temperature type: Suitable for temperatures between 24 ℃ and 28 ℃, such as shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and pine mushrooms, with a high temperature of 30 ℃.

Medium temperature type: suitable temperature range of 24 ℃ to 30 ℃, suitable temperature range of 32 ℃ to 34 ℃. Such as shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, Tremella fuciformis, and black fungus.

High temperature type: suitable temperature range of 28 ℃ to 34 ℃, suitable temperature range of 36 ℃. Like grass mushrooms and Poria cocos.

2、 Humidity conditions

Humidity has two meanings, namely the moisture content of the substrate, calculated as a percentage: moisture content (%)=water weight ÷ wet weight of the culture material × 100, and the other meaning is the relative humidity of the air. Different varieties have different requirements for the moisture content of the substrate, generally around 60%. For example, shiitake mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms require 60%, while grass mushrooms require 65-70%. During the growth stage of the mycelium, the relative humidity of the air should be below 75%, so that the strain is not easily infected.

Different varieties and growth stages have different humidity requirements for the environment. Generally speaking, the mycelial growth stage requires lower humidity, while the fruiting stage requires higher air humidity. The air humidity requirement during the fruiting stage should not exceed 95%, as the nutrients and water required for mushroom growth are transported through transpiration. Increasing air humidity is only to reduce the rapid water loss caused by mushroom evaporation. Only when there is a certain humidity difference between the surface of the mushroom and the air, can the mushroom have sufficient transpiration. Otherwise, it inhibits the transport of nutrients and water, prevents the growth of the mushroom, and causes death or disease.

Water is an important component of fungi, as well as the basic solvent for metabolism, nutrient absorption, elimination of metabolites, and secretion of extracellular mold * in the body. That is to say, edible mushrooms require a certain amount of water from spore germination to harvesting stage. Therefore, controlling the humidity environment in edible mushroom greenhouses is a very important task. Due to humidity being a difficult factor to control, in order to provide a better growth environment for edible mushrooms, many mushroom greenhouses now use it for cultivationMushroom greenhouse humidification equipment .

The value of the mushroom automatic humidification system:

1. There is an automatic humidity control system that can set the appropriate temperature according to the different growth stages of fungi, which can achieve increased production and income.
2. 5-15 μ m extremely fine mist droplets, do not wet the surface of mushrooms, allow them to breathe freely, reduce black spots and other bacterial diseases, and prevent mushroom rot.
3. Using air as the power source, fresh air is introduced into the greenhouse while water is atomized, ensuring air circulation inside the greenhouse.
4. It can promote the growth of edible fungi, inhibit or kill harmful miscellaneous fungi, and ensure stable and high yields.
5. Regularly maintaining a certain relative humidity in the mushroom field or mushroom room can prevent excessive evaporation of moisture in the culture medium or fruiting bodies, replenish the water required for the growth of mushroom products, and enable them to grow normally.
