This production line mainly consists of a bottle supply machine, an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel sterilization oven, a liquid filling and capping machine, and a vertical labeling machine. It can automatically complete various actions such as bottle supply, ultrasonic bottle washing, sterilization drying, filling and sealing, and labeling for 30-100ml glass bottles and irregular bottles. This production line is designed reasonably, achieving production automation, saving manpower, with a simple machine structure and reasonable design, and complying with the new version of GMP standards!
Characteristics:
1. The automatic filling and capping machine adopts a stainless steel injection pump, four blade centrifugal thread rolling, and the sealing is beautiful and reliable. Optional dust cover (laminar flow cover), with no bottle shutdown and no filling function, avoiding waste of liquid medicine. Above the table, * German imported oil-free bearings * meet hygiene standards;
2. Ultrasonic bottle washing machine * automatic bottle washing, using ultrasonic waves and two water alternately to rinse in one air;
3. The tunnel type sterilization oven has a good effect and can fully sterilize and dry the bottle body. It can be used for wiring and achieve production automation;
4. The speed of the bottle supply machine can be adjusted, and the bottle supply speed is multiplied by the production line demand;
5. Automatic labeling machine has fast production speed, high labeling accuracy, and can apply different labels on the same machine;
6. All machines on the entire production line are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the chemicals are made of SUS316L stainless steel.
