The organic silicon dust removal skeleton can be used in industrial and mining environments with a temperature of around 280 ℃, and the instantaneous use temperature can reach 300 ℃. In some specific environments, it can replace stainless steel dust removal skeleton and reduce the manufacturing cost of enterprises.
The organic silicon dust removal skeleton is reacted with equimolar gamma aminopropyltriethoxysilane and gamma aminopropyltriethoxysilane at 140 ° C for 12 hours. After desalination, it is then reacted with 1.2 times the molar gamma chloropropyltriethoxysilane at 150 ° C for 16 hours to obtain a tertiary amine siloxane prepolymer in toluene.

After continuous operation for 72 hours, the conversion rate of ethylene oxide reached 96.9%, and the selectivity of ethylene glycol reached 97.1%; The exchange capacity loss rate is less than 2%, and the swelling rate is zero.
 
The production process of organic silicon dust removal skeleton is the same as that of spray coating dust removal skeleton, except that the temperature and time during the drying process are higher than those of spray coating dust removal skeleton.
