2： Outdoor explosion-proof and rainproof cover waterproof distribution box customized usage method

1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lamps, and install the 304 series stainless steel explosion-proof distribution box according to the lamps to 220V standard; >Prepare a corresponding length of three core cable for the distance of the power contact (if steel pipe wiring is used, introduce the three core cable into the steel pipe to the installation location of the lamp).

2. First, remove the fixing screws on the wiring chamber and pull out the wiring part of the junction box; Remove the sealing ring and connector (with set screws) from the packaging box of the 304 series stainless steel explosion-proof distribution box, and sequentially insert the cable; Then connect one end of the three core cable to the marked "L", "N" and grounding points inside the box, press the cable tightly with a wire clamp, and fix it with a fastening screw. Then tighten the joint, tighten the sealing ring, and tighten the fastening screw from the side.

3. Screw the components of step 2 into the steel pipe, tighten the set screws from the side, then install the lamp body along the guide rail of the junction box, and tighten the screws on the panel.

4. Connect the other end of the three core cable to a 220V power supply according to the requirements of the explosion-proof distribution box.

Installation and maintenance

1. Before installation and maintenance, the front-end power supply needs to be cut off;

2. The incoming and outgoing cables should pass through rubber sealing rings and be tightly sealed with gaskets and installation pipes to ensure that the seals and cables are not loose;

3. The operation column should be regularly inspected during use to ensure its good operation;
