Overview

The plastic powder recycling and dust removal equipment consists of four main parts: a box, a powder filtration system, an exhaust system, and a control system. Product powder coating principle

There is no metal ring or pole needle as an electrode at the head of the spray gun, and a high voltage of 30-90kv is supplied by a high-voltage generator. As long as the electric field strength at the tip of the corona needle exceeds the 3kv/mm electric field strength required for air insulation damage, corona discharge will occur, causing ionization of the air between the corona needle and the coated material, resulting in dense negative charges near the electrode. Powder coating enters the spray gun through the powder feeding tube from the powder supplier. When sprayed, the coating collides with ions and becomes charged, flying towards the grounded workpiece under the action of airflow and electric field force.
