Overview

This instrument uses the principle of air pressure difference to test the permeability of air holes in insulating glass spacer strips. The hollow glass spacer is fixed on the air permeability detector and clamped by a spring. Silicone rubber pads are used at both ends of the spacer to prevent gas leakage. The inlet pressure is adjusted, and the inlet and outlet pressures are recorded to calculate the pressure difference.

Pore permeability tester is a specialized testing instrument for measuring the pore permeability of insulating glass spacers made of materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, which meets the requirements of JC/T2069-2011 standard for insulating glass spacers.

1、 Equipment Introduction

This instrument uses the principle of air pressure difference to test the permeability of air holes in insulating glass spacer strips. Hollow glass spacer stripFixed inOn the pore permeability detector, clamp the spacer strip with a spring, use silicone rubber pads at both ends of the spacer strip to prevent gas leakage, adjust the inlet pressure, record the inlet pressure and outlet pressure, and calculate the pressure difference.

3、 Usage steps

1. Pull the handle on the spring, compress the spring, and insert the spacer sample into the groove next to the pressure gaugeAlign the center of the spacer with the air hole in the groove;

2. Turn on the air compressor and adjust the inlet control valve to maintain the inlet pressure at 0.5MPa;

3. Record the outlet pressure;

4. Subtract the inlet pressure from the outlet pressure to obtain the air pressure difference.

4、 Usage environment:

1. Environmental temperature for use: 10℃ ~ 40℃;

2. Environmental humidity for use:< 80%.

Note: The air compressor needs to be selected by the user, and the storage tank pressure should be greater than1.1MPa.
