Product working process

The fan extracts air through the inlet and outlet of the workpiece and the operation port of the spraying station, allowing the floating powder during spraying to be recovered into the cyclone recovery box through a wind speed of 0.5 meters/s at the inlet. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the recovered powder rotates downward at high speed on the inner wall of the cyclone drum and falls onto the fluidized bed in the powder collection hopper. Through compressed air stamping, the powder is in a suspended state and transported to the powder supply bucket for continued use by the powder return pump. The separated powder containing gas is recovered into the filter recovery box, and the powder filtered on the surface of the filter element is automatically cleaned by a reverse blowing device controlled by an electromagnetic valve. The time can be set arbitrarily. The air filtered by the filter element is discharged to the outside, which meets atmospheric emission standards.
