The RHD series steel strip precision reduction furnace is used for surface oxidation treatment of sintered powder metallurgy iron-based products, and can also be used for blackening treatment of other mechanical parts

Performance characteristics:

-The RHD series steel strip precision reduction furnace consists of a furnace body, lifting mechanism, mixing fan, steam boiler, temperature control system, etc

-The furnace body is circular, consisting of a furnace shell welded from steel plates and steel sections, and a lining made of ultra lightweight refractory bricks and insulation materials. The heating element is placed on the wire support brick, and the furnace is filled with stainless steel welded in the furnace. The furnace cover is equipped with a circulating mixing fan

-The heating elements are arranged in three zones and controlled by imported temperature controllers in sections

-The temperature control system consists of thermocouples, digital intelligent PID regulators, and thyristors, forming a closed-loop control system that can achieve automatic and precise temperature control
