Fiber optic probe
For some medical and semiconductor applications, a (very) small tip is required to perform reflectance measurements. Wen Yi Optoelectronics provides two standard diameter small tip reflective probes,
1.5mm, 2.5mm, or 3.2mm, with each tip typically measuring 100mm in length.
The probe is equipped with one or six 200 μ m (optional 200~600um) illumination fibers that can be connected to a light source, and one reading fiber that can be connected to a spectrometer to measure reflections.
