SG type oral liquid filling and capping machine

This unit consists of SG ultrasonic cleaning machine, SG sterilization and drying machine, and SG oral liquid filling and rolling unit. It can complete ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, air flushing, drying and disinfection, filling, and capping processes. It is mainly used for the production of oral liquids and other low-dose solutions, and can be paired with labeling units to form an ideal production line.

This machine is a vertical drum structure, using mechanical continuous manual bottle clamping, flipping and nozzle reciprocating tracking method. It uses ultrasonic coarse washing section to enter the fine washing system, and the needle is automatically inserted into the bottle and reversed. The principle of strong backwashing is used to clean each bottle one by one.

It has a reasonable layout, reliable operation, stable production, high degree of automation, and working parameters can be freely set, displayed, and printed. The operating speed can be adjusted, and the product is disinfected and sterilized under the protection of a hundred level purification laminar flow.

Tracking filling, automatic bottle feeding, capping, automatic capping and rolling processes, with advantages such as low bottle breakage rate and high filling accuracy. The sealing performance of the rolled cap is reliable.
