This production line mainly consists of a bottle supply machine, an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel sterilization oven, a liquid filling and capping (rolling) machine, and a vertical labeling machine. It can automatically complete various actions such as supplying 30-100ml glass bottles and irregular bottles, ultrasonic bottle washing, sterilization and drying, filling and sealing, labeling, etc. This production line is designed reasonably, achieving production automation, saving manpower, with a simple machine structure and reasonable design, and complying with the new version of GMP standards!
