Main purpose
1. Widely applicable: not only suitable for mixing common materials in various industries, but also for mixing materials with high oil content, high sugar content, high viscosity, flammability, explosiveness, temperature solidification, and temperature softening. Such as drugs, powder coatings (pre mixed and finished mixed), leveling agents, food additives, etc., and can be used with production lines.
2. Multiple mixing methods: Generally, a mixer only has one power mechanism and only one or two mixing methods. This machine uses three sets of power mechanisms, including radial flipping, axial flipping, axial stirring, lateral stirring, and other multiple mixing methods that can be carried out simultaneously (see figure). Can be equipped with a frequency converter and a speed regulating motor.
3. Good effect: Mix 460 kilograms of light electrostatic powder coating or 500 kilograms of art powder in a 1 cubic meter mixer, and add trace amounts of pigment (some less than one in ten thousand).
4. Easy to clean: There are no dead corners inside the container, and it is not easy to stick materials. The shaft, agitator, and mixing spoon can be easily removed and cleaned, making it easy to clean and facilitate material feeding and discharging.
5. Large capacity: from 1 cubic meter to 8 cubic meters, with materials ranging from 50 to 40000 kilograms.
