Precision filtration devices (also known as security filters) mostly use stainless steel as the shell and are equipped with filter cartridges (such as PP cotton) inside. They are mainly used after multi-media pretreatment filtration and before membrane filtration equipment such as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. Used to filter out small substances (such as tiny quartz sand, activated carbon particles, etc.) after multi-media filtration, to ensure water quality filtration accuracy and protect membrane filtration elements from damage caused by large particles. The precision level of the filter cartridge installed in the precision filtration device can be divided into 0.5 μ s, 1 μ s, 5 μ s, 10 μ s, etc. Different filtration accuracies are selected according to different usage scenarios to ensure the accuracy of the effluent and the safety of the subsequent membrane components.

Using different materials such as PP cotton, nylon, and meltblown as filter cartridges, it removes tiny suspended solids, bacteria, and other impurities from water, making the raw water quality meet the inlet requirements of reverse osmosis membranes.
