Based on the high and low water levels, the weather conditions are judged, and the rainwater outlet or sewage outlet is selected to be opened. It is widely used in rainwater and sewage diversion projects, urban old community renovation projects, source control and sewage interception projects, and black and odorous water treatment.

1. Realize sewage interception on sunny days
On a sunny day, there is no rainfall and the water source is sewage. The water level in the interception well will not rise, and the rain gauge is always in a stable state. At this time, the interception gate is open and the rainwater gate is closed, and the sewage is discharged into the sewage treatment plant through the sewage pipeline.
2Initial rain flow restriction
In the initial rain stage, the drainage gate will automatically adjust its opening according to the changes in water level inside and outside the well, and the sewage interception gate will also be adjusted accordingly based on water quality and water level to limit the flow rate. This process ensures that pollutants in rainwater can be controlled to a certain extent during the early stages of rainfall.
3Rainstorm drainage
As the rainfall increases, the water level in the well gradually rises, while the water quality concentration relatively decreases. When the water level reaches the preset standard, the drainage gate begins to adjust its opening downwards, allowing less polluted water from the upper layer to overflow. At the same time, the opening of the sewage interception gate will gradually decrease to limit the interception flow. When the rainfall increases to a certain extent, the drainage gates can be opened and the sewage interception gates can be closed, allowing rainwater to flow smoothly into natural water bodies and achieve effective direct drainage of rainwater.
4Prevent backflow after rain
In the early stage of rainfall, according to weather forecast information, the system will close the sewage interception gate and start the submersible sewage pump to increase the power to discharge sewage and minimize the sewage in the combined pipeline network, in order to increase the storage space of the pipeline network. When rainfall begins, the system will intelligently control the start and stop of the water pump and the opening and closing of the drainage gate based on the water quality and level inside the well, ensuring the efficiency of drainage and the effectiveness of water quality management. This series of operations ensures that rainwater discharge is both efficient and environmentally friendly during the rainy season.
