Dust removal skeleton is one of the main accessories of bag filter, which can be compatible with six, eight, ten, twelve, sixteen, eighteen, twenty, and twenty-four ribs. The role of dust removal skeleton is very important and it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coking, power generation, non-ferrous metallurgy, steel, building materials, coal mines and other industries.
Technical terms:
Skeleton length: the distance from the plane in contact with the flower board at the bottom of the top cover to the bottom of the bottom cover.
Skeleton head cover: The part of the skeleton that directly contacts the flower board.
Inner diameter of skeleton head cover: The diameter of the outer surface of the head cover that extends towards the filter bag and contacts the inner surface of the filter bag.
Outer diameter of skeleton head cover: The outer surface diameter of the upper part of the skeleton head cover that covers the filter bag mouth.

Influencing factors:

E. The surface of the filter bag skeleton is treated and electroplated according to different needs Spraying or painting, if used for high temperatures, should meet the requirements of the operating temperature on the outside
F. The verticality of the dust removal bag cage is 6M plus or minus 1mm.
G. The dust removal bag cage can be integrated, divided into two or three sections.
H. Dust removal bag cages with a length of more than 3 meters should be equipped with steel one-time formed corrugated pipes.
